Pay G1 in full, then claim from your medical aid

G1 collects the full order total at checkout. You submit your own reimbursement claim after purchase. Your scheme assesses the claim under your plan’s rules.

  1. Confirm your cover. Ask your scheme whether the exact product and supplier qualify, and whether you need authorisation or a prescription.
  2. Place your order and pay in full. Delivery and any discounts are shown before payment. A calculator estimate does not reduce the amount payable to G1.
  3. Keep your documents. Open your order’s itemised invoice and use Print / Save as PDF. Keep the payment confirmation with it. Add your optional medical-aid details at checkout and check them before submitting.
  4. Submit to your scheme. Include the invoice, proof of payment and any authorisation or clinical documents your scheme requests. Use your scheme’s official app, portal or claims channel.
  5. Follow the outcome. Your scheme determines reimbursement and any amount you must fund yourself. Contact the scheme about rejected or partially paid claims.

What your G1 invoice includes

Your order reference, date, customer details, product names and SKUs, quantities, prices, discounts, delivery charge and total. Medical-aid details entered at checkout are included for your claim. Ask support if your scheme needs additional supplier or product information; do not guess clinical codes.
